Talent Acquisition & Executive Search

Retainer

  • An upfront fee, equal to one-third of the total, for exclusive search services calculated at 20% (local) to 22.5% (relocation) of the candidate’s first-year compensation. The remaining thirds to be paid mid-search and on candidate’s start date.

  • First right of refusal for any qualified candidate sourced.

  • Top priority for our personnel and resources. 

Container

  • A non-refundable deposit of $3,000 paid upfront, with the remainder due upon placement. Total fee is 22.5%-25% of candidate’s first-year salary. 

Contingency

  • Full service fee payable on candidate’s start date. The percentage of the hired candidate's first-year compensation is 25% for a local to 30% for a relocation or executive level position.

Employer Branding

The cost of employer branding can vary depending on the scope of the project and the specific services you need. At Crescent Edge, we offer tailored solutions to meet your unique requirements, ensuring you get the best results for your investment.

Our employer branding services typically range from $5,000 to $10,000. This can include:

  • Developing a compelling Employer Value Proposition

  • Creating engaging content for your careers page

  • Developing social media campaigns

  • Producing recruitment marketing materials

  • Conducting employee surveys and focus groups

Workforce Planning

There are a variety of factors that determine the scope of the Workforce Planning project such as the size of your organization, the complexity of your staffing needs, the specific services you offer, etc.. At Crescent Edge, we offer a tailored approach, and pricing reflective of it, to ensure you get the best value for your investment.

To give you a better idea, our workforce planning services typically range from $2,500 to $7,500 per month, depending on your requirements. We also offer comprehensive packages that can include other services like talent acquisition and employer branding for a bundled rate.
